If you are booking Services for a minor, you agree to comply with all applicable consent and supervision laws.

4. Appointment Booking and Cancellations
Booking
Appointments may be booked by phone, in person, or through third-party booking partners.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

• Clients must provide at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment.

• Cancellations or rescheduling within less than 24 hours may be subject to a fee (e.g., 30% of the scheduled service cost).

• No-show clients may be charged a no-show fee equivalent to a portion of the booked service.

We reserve the right to refuse, reschedule, or cancel appointments at our discretion.

5. Health & Safety Acknowledgement
You agree to:

• Provide complete and accurate health information, including allergies, medical conditions, medications, prior treatments, and pregnancy status when applicable.

• Follow all preparation and aftercare guidelines provided by our staff.

Bare Body Bar is not responsible for complications or adverse reactions due to undisclosed health information. Certain treatments may require patch tests or consultations.

6. Pricing, Payment & Refunds

• Prices are subject to change without notice and will be confirmed at booking.

• Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise agreed.

• We accept major credit cards and other payment options listed at checkout.

• Refunds:

  • Wellness and aesthetic services are generally non-refundable once provided.

  • Product returns or cancellations are subject to our Return Policy (if applicable).

7. Gift Cards & Promotions

• Gift cards are non-refundable and redeemable only for Services or products at participating locations.

• Promotions and discounts may have specific terms and expiration dates.
